We will touch base with different ways of making decisions and the governance structures. Our guiding focus is on better, impactful and aligned decisions, and understanding the need and benefits of digital Decision Making.
Methods
Even though we’d love to invite you to our office for the learning experience, we’re arranging the masterclass online according current covid related guidelines. The good thing is that this supports the digital learning related to the theme as well, and makes it easier to fit into your busy schedule.
We will do some exercises using decision making canvases as well as service design methods.

Structure
The masterclass consists of
4 x 75min
weekly online classes
1 x 60min
digital decision making exercise online session
1 x 1-on-1
session for personal guidance
Additionally, you will receive reading material to support the weekly themes.
The Digital Experience
In comparison to traditional training courses, we also provide a digital experience. During the 5 -week journey you will have the chance to set up a digital environment for social decision making with the guidance of a Fingertip expert. And you will be able to onboard up to 25 colleagues for a further 30 -day free experiment with your own use cases for digital decision making. You will also get a 1on1 session for personal guidance to set up your organization specific use case to experiment with Fingertip.
Schedule
The next masterclass starts Friday 29.01.2021 at 8.30-9.45. The online sessions will be held at the same time on 4 subsequent Friday mornings, with the class finishing on Friday 26.02.2021. Those who complete the masterclass receive a Digital Decision Making certificate.
