We introduced the annual clock last year for teams and organizations to really drill into their yearly planning cycle, and to enhance clarity and situational awareness between functions. It has become one of our best-selling features because of the intuitiveness and the amount of information it can communicate in one simple image.
We have been developing the annual clock further closely with customers and have introduced improvements to the visualization as well as the information available in the view.

With the renewed Fingertip objective structure, you now can create more detailed and hierarchical organizational OKR (Objectives and Key Results) structures in as many levels as you wish.
You can seamlessly track objectives across all levels and ensure that progress made on individual OKRs automatically updates the status of higher-level objectives.
As a result, you will maintain a clear, real-time overview of your organization’s performance, helping you better align efforts, make data-driven decisions, and ensure that all teams are contributing effectively towards the top strategic goals.

All activators now have the possibility to post a personal or group chat card, making it easier than ever to get your teams and colleagues discussing the things you need their help or comments with.
In the ‘New post’ menu within an item, you can select between Channel and Chat for the post, allowing you to select the best way to get attention. They are also a great way to inform of progress and updates or remind of incoming deadlines.
This helps ensure that everyone stays in the loop, reduces the chances of miscommunication and enhances collaboration, while also reducing waiting times when passing work over to another colleague.
And, if a relevant group chat doesn’t already exist in Teams, Fingertip gives you the option to generate a new chat with the selected people.

Get the flexibility to lead exactly how you want: Fingertip collections are now available to group and personal chats! Add the application as a tab within your chat as you would within a channel and collaborate with chat members on items alongside the conversation.
This makes it easier for teams that primarily work in group chats to leverage Fingertip’s capabilities. Collections, which are used to organize key information and actions, can now be integrated seamlessly into these chats, making sure everyone stays on top of the progress and current priorities.
Additionally, posts created from chat collections are automatically sent to the group chat as interactive cards, making sure the updates reach the team in lightning speed, and helps everyone contribute with extremely small effort.
A much-requested feature in Fingertip’s list views has been the ability to add new activators directly at the bottom of the list.
In the 4.1 release we have added this functionality for collections, plans and meeting action points, where you can now create folders, tasks and plans by clicking on ‘+ New item’, adding a title and due date, and clicking ‘ü’.
This streamlines the item creation workflow and improving overall efficiency, while helping keep focus during the manual process of creating new items with Fingertip.
We will answer you as soon as we can!
